15.5mm dia x 10mm, 3/32" grub screwed wheels with a boss to take SIPT01-03rubber, and Scalex, Ninco, Fly etc tyres. These are designed to replace those plastic wheels that never are round and always fall off. 13mm inside dia to take all WI 13mm dia inserts and all WIC-13 inserts. These are what you have been wishing for for years. Direct replacement on Scalex, Fly, SCX. Ninco reqire slight drilling to fit their larger axle.
